Barry is a professional hypnotist. Your sessions of hypnosis are recorded, and he emails them to you. You can replay over, and over. His hypnosis is wonderful and relaxing. His Scottish accent is very soothing. I was filled with anxiety. With 5 sessions, I was relieved of my anxiety. I listen often to the hypnosis sessions. Barry wants to help you. Barry is real. I was so skeptical of doing hypnosis!! I’ve been a very extreme nail biter my entire life! Had pretty much given up on the idea that I could ever quit. I originally booked my appointment to try to get myself back on track with nutrition and exercise. I just had my last session yesterday and I already feel better and I’ve lost weight and am more active. Dr. Barry also records the sessions and emails them to you so you can listen at home anytime. I unexpectedly went through a very stressful time after my first visit and he helped to calm the anxiety it caused me. I had no idea how healing and therapeutic the experience would turn out to be. I'll admit that I was very skeptical of hypnosis when I first went to see Barry at Hypnosis of Nashville. A session is not at all what you would expect. Barry took the time to set expectations. We discussed my issues and he had some really insightful advice. Afterwards we did a hypnosis session. It was very thought provoking and I thought about the exercise for days after. That's pretty much how each session goes. I went for weight loss. I started at 245 lbs and am now 208 lbs. That pretty much speaks for itself. Barry is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. It's absolutely
