New Community Federal Credit Union (NCFCU) provides banking services to the New Community network. New Community Federal Credit Union was founded with the specific mission of serving low- to moderate-income and minority communities beyond the reach of banks and mainstream credit unions. National Disability Institute (NDI), in partnership with New Community Federal Credit Union, announced today the launch of an Assistive Technology (AT) Loan Program in New Jersey.
