When I first met Sara and Elizabeth with Sara Walker Events I was very impressed by their knowledge and go-getter attitudes. They helped tremendously in the planning of my companies first Customer Appreciation event. Every problem you could imagine happened during the months of planning and they were there every step of the way with alternate plans and then back up plans for those. (Weather was not on our side and it was an outdoor event where we had to create the venue from scratch). They prepared for everything and thought of unique event items I had not even considered. The planners are easy to work with, super responsive, and work hard with their vendors to put on incredible events which makes our job easier. We get so excited when we know they're in charge of the event because we know it's going to be epic! Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure working with Sara Walker Events for the first time as the photographer for a River Walk wedding. Terrell and her team did an outstanding job producing an amazing intimate wedding. They were easy to work with planning timelines and making sure all the details were covered. Terrell communicates well and made sure everyone was on the same page at all times. I used Sara Walker Events for a fundraiser party. I was very impressed with Sara’s eye on detail and professionalism. She is so good at her job it’s as if she can anticipate her guests needs and it’s all ready and waiting to enjoy. The catering was off the charts delicious. The presentation was on-point and represented the theme perfectly.
Her support staff was on-time, engaging and pleasant. Set up and break down was fast and efficient and they left the space the way they found it.

Sara and her team created the most elegant, timeless, and personally detailed wedding I have ever seen. From the stunning floral arrangements to the wine glasses to the live floral wall that also hung a custom neon light the evening was breathtaking. If I could go back in time and have Sara design my wedding, I would. Her team was not only extremely creative but professional and most importantly kind. Any event I host I will look to Sara!

I have had the absolute pleasure of providing DJ services for Sara Walker produced events. Her team is a joy to collaborate with. Always extremely helpful from the booking process to executing a superb event for the client. I always enjoy the quality and style of Sara and her teams work.
