Aaron jumped into the insurance industry after graduating from Colorado State University and has been with RSS ever since. He is licensed in 16 states in property, casualty, health, life and surplus lines. He loves learning about new people and new businesses and has made it his passion to help our customers make sure they are properly protecting what's most important to them.
Aaron enjoys woodworking, camping, hiking, motorcycles, traveling, reading and spending time with his family. Sara joined the insurance industry after graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Business Marketing. She's been married to her husband, Aaron, since 1995, and keeps busy raising their three daughters when not at the office.

Michelle McDonald is a health insurance agent extraordinaire. She went above and beyond for me when there was a mix-up on assignment of my AARP member number, which we were obtaining to apply for a Medicare supplemental policy. I have been working with RSS for just about a year now and I have been extremely pleased with them. I work with Stephanie and Dani and both of them have been fantastic. Not only do they provide top notch service, but they do a great job making sure I feel like I am an important client.
As for value, I have not shopped them, because the yprovide me such a great level of service I feel like the value is certainly there because value is not just about price.
I highly recommend RSS and encourage you to give them a chance to prove themselves to you as well.

I was confused with how the billing was going to be with selling two of our vehicles and buying another. Coleen, Stephanie Gonzales assistant, was very patient with me, translated insurance speak into English and accomplished the objective. Then she offered to follow up with me when it became renewal time.

We have been clients of RSS since 1990 and perhaps even earlier than that! They have remained the same all these years: Completely dedicated to their clients. Absolutely the best customer service I have received anywhere! I receive calls every week from agents wanting to earn our business, but they cannot compete with the level of service that… we receive from RSS. Stephanie Gonzales has been beyond amazing. Has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of. I've worked with John Seeley for all our insurance needs for over a decade and ever single time we had a question or needed something, he delivered. This has been by far the best customer experience I've had and for such a long period of time. Unfortunately we moved out of state and can no longer use this companies services... Wish we could. I've utilized multiple insurance services over the years but RSS has by far the best customer service I've experienced. Aaron and his staff take the time and effort to truly understand my personal situation and family needs. Only after doing this do they provide me with several insurance options to choose from. Also, RSS is very detailed about explaining the differences, features and benefits of the products and services they offer.
