Luis is professional and did a really great job. He installed a TV, sound bar, sub woofer and several outdoor floodlight cameras. He made sure everything worked properly before leaving, even making sure steaming services were set up. He continued to be available and answer questions after the install. His estimates were very reasonable and he honored his pricing. There were no surprises. I am happy to recommend him.

We just moved into the new house and with everything going on during the holidays, I did not have the time to install the speakers in the prewired new house. We contacted Luis @mymedia Installer for the install work. He did an excellent job installing. Speakers look and sound great! He was very tidy with his work as well.... no mess. Bonus he tuned the system for me !

I have used Luis at MyMedia Installers on multiple installations. It's his business and he has always been great to work with. I needed someone to install a Tv with a motorized mount on a vaulted ceiling. Some people online avoided accepting the work saying it would be too complicated. Luis went above and beyond with making everything perfect. He did not resort to workarounds and shortcuts. He realized the available studs would not be center with the wall so he reinforced the frame inside the wall to make sure it looked just right and was going to be extra secure. In addition he installed outlets behind the TV and also had the cable box be neatly housed above the mount but just out of sight. I was surprised with how good

Luis made a quick evaluation, connected the requested components' inputs and outputs WITHOUT having to disconnect everything from the receiver.
He needed a specialized cable to make the digital connection from our new TV back to the receiver, and set up a date to return and finish the installation.
He could have charged an additional trip fee for this, but did not.

Luis is very professional and more capable than other media companies I've hired in the past. Luis quickly set up my media room and corrected problems left behind from the last company that I used. Luis does superior work and yet he is less expensive than larger, "traditional" providers. I asked Luis for several business cards so I can recommend him to my friends.

Luis did our media room and he did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Prior to finding out about his company, we had gotten other quotes that were either just as high or higher than the company associated with our builder in Frisco. But Luis gave us a quote with the same equipment and even better equipment than those bigger companies but at a much lower rate! The truth is that many of those larger companies have sales agents and all types of middle men who take a cut of the overall costs paid by you the customer. But when you work with Luis he is very honest, upfront, and hands on. He

Luis at My Media Installer is top notch! He installed our media room and other televisions and speaker systems when we moved into our home four years ago. I have asked him to come back several times since then, including when we renovated the home and and added more speakers and just whenever I had a question about something. I would highly recommend this company if you need any installation work for your home electronics. Luis did a fantastic job. He was able to show up at my residence on the same day that I called and was able to complete the job in a very timely and efficient manner. He is very knowledgeable and courteous, and I was very glad I contacted him to install my home stereo system. If you need a media installer, I would recommend his services.

This review is long overdue. A few months ago we moved into a new house and I was looking for a home theater specialist to (1) mount three TVs (one over a brick fireplace and another over a decorative wood trim wall), (2) wire and install surround sound speakers and in-ceiling speakers and (3) wire networking cables from the first floor to a homerun closet located on the second floor.

Luis charged me $450 to buy this expensive equipment and now only after 6 months, the same issue of no signal came back again. And he never came to install the media room universal remote like he promised either, despite the numerous calls and text, I gave up a long time ago. Now the $450 fix is broken again. Just thinking about how I would have to text/call him to come look at the problem is enough to deter me from doing so again. I should have called a more legit and competent company in the first place. Now I will end up spending more. Stay away from him

Luis is a perfectionist. I needed layout and installation of a 7.1 media room, 7.1 living room, 3 TVs hung on articulating mounts and a 12 speaker whole house audio installation (Sonos). I paid both Best Buy (Geek Squad), and Fry's to come out and lay out a system and then called Luis because a friend highly recommended him (Tammy). Luis was cheaper than both, and showed me a couple of ways to save money and have a better system. Also, he said he would provide all equipment or install what I bought - very easy to work with. Luis is very into the details, punctual and does beautiful work

I recently used Felix for a very specific job - we've had our system for 10 years and replaced our tv. We needed someone to come in and check connections, balance our surround sound speakers, and install a couple of pieces of additional equipment to update our system and program a universal remote. He did an awesome job at a fair price. He is knowledgeable and reliable. We were very pleased with his work and will be using him again in the near future as we need to upgrade our sound system by our pool. I highly recommend Felix - he does a great job!

I contacted MyMedia (Luis) as an alternative to using Starpower which had wired and supplied all items for my home and theatre. My receiver had been going in and out for months and finally cratered. I called Starpower, after not being helped by the Addison location, called HP location only to be told I'll get you a quote and we can install in maybe a week or two. We had our media room updated and could not be more happier with the way it turned out. Working with Luis on this project from the get go was worry free experience. He came by to look at the space and send us a quote at no cost, he is very knowledgeable about his work and the technology involved, everything went as he had explained from start to finish and his attention to detail is worth mentioning as well as the clean up after the job was done.

I met Felix by recommendation three installs (houses) ago. I've since recommended him to my mother in law, sister(s) in law, my lawyer, and my wife's bosses daughter. That is the best way to explain how good I know Felix is. His pricing is totally fair, his installs are A+, and their are no excuses. He had to run to Home Depot and Best Buy for my most recent install and didn't charge me for the time. He is the only subcontractor I gave a key to when we were doing our pre move in remodel. Great, great guy!

They were lower than other estimates we received and much more knowledgable on equipment that would give us the most "bang for our buck".
Our speakers have the clarity and sound we wanted and because of the money they saved us, we were able to afford a subwoofer and 2 extra ceiling speakers (mounted and painted so you bearly know they're there)
They have a lot of experience so are able to recommend and customize everything based on your budget and living space. They care that you get the highest

Great media room equipment installers. They installed all my components, hung a projector and speakers, etc, and explained how to run it all. They suggested I also use Apple TV, and after running out and buying a box they hooked it up and showed me how to use it. Sweet.
I received many quotes but theirs was the perfect balance between cost and expertise. I'm glad I chose them. I highly recommend My Media Installers and Felix to anyone needing help with their home theater system...
