BUYER BEWARE!
If you are looking to install hurricane shutters, be vigilant when dealing with this company. A family member of mine was looking to protect her home by the installation of hurricane shutters for four openings. Permits were requested so that a state-certified inspector could verify the installation and product meet the FL building codes, and a record could be kept to show the increased value to the home.
This company was deceitful from beginning to end, including their interaction with the local building department. In short, this company was attempting to pass off decorative shutters

Hired for a custom shutter job for a business. Paid 50% deposit up front. 5 weeks late. (They told us 6-8 weeks, ended up being 12). Inquired numerous times about the status of the shutters, never received any calls back - always had to call them, again. Tried 4 different times to schedule the installation. Didn't show up on the (finally) scheduled day for installation. Called to ask where there were and was told they "couldn't find our phone number" and the installer "called out sick." Meanwhile, even if they did lose our number, we are a business and.. ya know.. Google. I do not recommend this

We have had David Daniels and his team install custom plantation shutters in our home and are completely satisfied. I was really surprised by the difference in quality of the products I had 3 different companies bring out. These seemed to be the best and we're solid with metal rods inside to keep them from bowing. The price was also excellent in comparison. This was an easy choice and installation also went well. The installers were professional and friendly.
