I had two retail projects where plans generated by the design professionals indicated fire alarm and monitoring were not required. Late stages of both projects, with one of them being the next to last week of the project the Fire Marshal proved systems were required. I contacted several companies that stated no way could plans be generated, approved and work be completed in anyway near a 7 day period, which I expected with 28 years as a GC. I reached out to John Kirby at Unifour, who pulled an impossible task off in 6 working days, and at a fair price. Thanks to Unifour my company looks like a
