I had a problem with an old HP laptop and contacted Hawthorne's. I explained in detail what was going on and was told that the problem was certainly going to be the motherboard. I was grateful for the honest diagnosis that was given to me up front without a service fee. Thank you Hawthorne's!

My screen was cracked and I took it to some place down my street and they tried to charge me 228 dollars. I decided to take it to Hawthorne repair and 80 dollars cheaper and probably for better service. My experience with this company has been incredible I will surely tell everyone I know that has computer problems to take it here. Great place, great guy, great service!

I had an issue with my Toshiba laptop. I put my pc to sleep and later in the day the screen was black. Toshiba support couldn't solve the problem. They recommended I see a local technician. I conducted a search for a technician in my area and found Hawthorne's. I let Daveon have my computer and in a manner of days he and his colleague fixed it. I highly recommend them for pc issues and the prices are reasonable too. Thanks!!!!
