Dr. Pinchot is a Naturopathic Physician licensed to practice medicine in the state of Oregon. He enjoys providing both primary care medicine for all ages and physical medicine for acute and chronic pain and injury. He approaches patient care by evaluating the underlying causes of health concerns and by addressing health concerns with a gentle, personalized, and effective combination of conventional and alternative healthcare.
Active Integrative Medicine (AIM) is a membership-based practice, with service that extends beyond your typical healthcare experience. With an emphasis on comprehensive care, you can be the healthiest YOU possible. Direct Primary Care practices charge patients a monthly fee in exchange for better access to the providers.

If you can get in you'll probably get 5 star service. I was very excited and impressed when I first found and spoke to AIM on the phone. Then, I didn't get the call back I was told I'd get. No big deal - at all. I'm a small biz owner and I too get busy sometimes. So I called back. Felt like I was getting the run around but went with it. Left me hanging again. There may have even been a third call but I don't remember. I did follow up with emails as well and - nothing. Really bummed. If you say you're going to do something, more than once, and in the end can't even follow up with a quick one sentence

I have advanced Meniere's Disease with serious debilitating episodes that had taken away my quality of life and left me feeling hopeless. After two months of focused treatment with Dr. Alex Pinchot I am thrilled to have regained my quality of life and am filled with hope again ! I am no longer suffering from daily vertigo and am able to once again live an active lifestyle ! The specialist (Ear Nose & Throat Doctor) I see had no options except surgery to make me permanently deaf (THAT IS NO OPTION IN MY BOOK!) Imagine if I had given up and chosen that option.
