In 1974, after years as a tournament spear fisherman, Michael J Wagner founded Seafood Specialties, a wholesale seafood processor and distributor of local fish and shellfish out of Santa Barbara, CA. The first Andria's Seafood - named after his only daughter - was opened as a small fish market on Haley St. in Santa Barbara.

In 1982, before the Ventura Harbor Village existed, Michael signed a lease to build a Seafood Market with "some cooking." In 1999, Andria joined the family business - although Michael maintains a very active daily role in the restaurant. 35 years later, we are blessed to continue to receive local and national accolades for our family owned, run and loved, "fresh fish market with some cooking."
Services
We enjoy contributing to local organizations that support the people, places, and history of the greater Ventura County. We have historically supported youth enrichment programs, history and arts organizations, and major community events. We budget funds each year for charitable contributions. If you are seeking a contribution, please know that we receive hundreds of contribution requests per year, and we cannot support every cause.

The Fish & Chips are great here. Not sure if the clam chowder is supposed to taste the eway it did, but I couldn't take more than one bite of that. Very disappointed in the chpodwer. I actually suggested that they check to make sure it hadn't gone bad. I would still eat here again but will just stick to the fish & chips.

Clam Chowder Bowl is the absolute best! Fish and chips always come hot and taste fresh, plus, you get enough for two people. My daughter always orders the chicken strip and those come out hot and taste fresh as well. A place for everyone in the family to enjoy and you can't beat the view.

Andria’s is an 805 institution, the best freshest seafood in Ventura Co. I’ve been coming here for decades and the place is like a time capsule, it hasn’t changed and that’s great! The clam chowder is hearty and filling and is sooo good! The bread bowl compliments the chowder and makes you feel like you’re at Fisherman’s Wharf in SF. They also have amazing shrimp cocktails, fresh grilled fish, and the most amazing New England style fish and chips. If you are in the Ventura Harbor area and want some good seafood Andria’s Seafood is a definite must try.

The Captains Platter is great and so is their Clam Chower. I came back two times to try each of them along with a side of Cole Slaw. The view of the harbor and the staff working there was great too! I've been going to Andrias for 20 years now and love the food there!

Overall in a great location and close to the marina. The food was quick and as expected. We ordered a little bit of everything and really enjoyed the combo that has shrimp, Calamari, scallops and fish.

The fresh Cod fish-and-chips are delicious as well as the fried shrimp. The view was beautiful and we also had the clam chowder . A must return to try more things on the menu.
