Shakey does fantastic work! He fixed a previous cat face I had done elsewhere a few years earlier and turned an indistinguishable blurry mush of a "cat face" into an adorably defined 1950's inspired illustrated cat face I can actually see now! He listens to what you want and makes sure you're happy with the end result. I highly recommend him as an artist and his studio!

This was my first experience with cover up tattoo work, I was nervous for no reason. Rick took great care with a custom ‘drawn on my skin’ freehand design. The result was amazing - his years of experience and talent really show.

This is my second tattoo with Shakey and there is no looking elsewhere. Rick is definitely the go guy and felt super comfortable working with him..Highly professional and talented, knows well what one is expecting and gives his honest thoughts/feedback. I called in as a first-time customer and was treated nice. I asked if they took walk-ins and it just so happened that one of their appointments didn't show up and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. He did a great job on my tattoo and I couldn't ask for better pricing or better customer service! I will be back for sure.

This was the first tattoo shop I went to when I was in Pittsburgh to get my first tat. Now I have eight in total from Shakey’s Deluxe and I would not suggest any other shop. It has a very calm, comfortable, at home feel. The artists have reasonable prices, and they make you feel welcome. They are extremely talented and easy going, and I look forward to coming back soon getting another piece done. I highly recommend to anyone who is interested; whether it’s their first tat or another piece added on to check them out!!!👍👍

I had wanted a tattoo for years and never found one or a place I felt comfortable to get one. Well I just had a significant numbered birthday and finally found the tattoo I wanted. That left finding the place to get it well that part was answered at Shakey's Deluxe Tattoo! Best place to get a tattoo and Shakey is a great artist and did an amazing job!!! I am in love with it and wished I had done it years sooner.
