Let's define those client and colleague fits based on team-developed core values (although we called them McKeeman Mantras two decades ago). Let's make sure our clients see how much we appreciate their business but also feel that same sense of appreciation from them for the value we bring. Overall, let's provide clients and colleagues with fulfilling, successful work experiences based on mutual "like and trust".
Kim founded McKeeman Communications more than 25 years ago with a single passion: create an agency focused on successful and real long-term relationships with both our clients and our team members. From launching a virtual agency model before it was trendy to growing her team members as true business partners, "there has to be a way" is just the way Kim thinks.
We're immensely proud of the work we do and the client partners who entrust us with their brands. In Kim's words, "we get to choose who we work with." That means when we work with our selected clients, we believe in their purpose and the story they have to tell and that passion is reflected in the quality of our work.
