My new insurance broker cancelled my previous insurance policy with Kevin Bruce (my previous broker) so I did not have to do any work. A few minutes after my new broker faxed over my signed cancellation letter, Kevin called my cell phone and left a very disturbing, unprofessional voice mail. He demanded to know why I was canceling my policy with him because he "never heard me discuss with him that I was unhappy with my insurance".
