This was a great place owned by the Wong Family for many years. I met the senior owner MR Wong. He would come around and talk to the customers a very nice man. Then I think he retired and his son took over. After his son took over things went down hill fast. The host staff is very rude including the son, there is a lack of quality in the now over priced food. It's a real shame this was once one the best places on the South Shore.

Well came all the way from North Palm beach Fl to this restaurant that used to be our fav! The 2 ladies at the front desk had a personality of a dirty dish rag Very rude.
Can not eat in side , food to go , had to ask for a spoon for the soup, really??
Food made up for the angry ladies, the owners would be shocked! Loved my Tom soup, chicken pieces were huge in the General .

Ordered $250.00 worth of Chinese food for Christmas for me and my family. We were told food would be ready at 630pm so we arrived on time, picked up our food and drove home to have it immediately. The food was NOT hot, more tepid. The lobster sauce was overly salty, the large rice was no longer 'large,' boneless spareribs were very chewy and the egg rolls were half empty and they had run out of them so we got 2 of our 4 that we ordered. This is an annual Christmas tradition and I always given this place my business. We were all disappointed and even more so when we also learned of

Food is good but they are extremely rude. my family and i have had multiple negative experiences with different employees there and tonight will be our last time ever ordering from them. they messed up our order on two separate occasions and refuse to make up for it, instead saying it is our fault. one time a waitress grabbed money out of my hand because she demanded a larger tip - i had already given her 20%.

My family has been coming here for like 30 years, WAS always a pleasure seeing the owner, Lisa, and enjoying a nice meal. As of the past couple of months, including tonight, I was treated rudely over the phone, when I got there the customer next to me was also treated rudely. Not to mention their prices have skyrocketed, they only give small portions and charge their old large prices, when you ask for an item as listed on their menu they tell you they charge extra now

My family grew up traveling 30 minutes to Chinatown, Stoughton once a month to be seated at a table for ten for a magnificent meal. We did this for 18 years before the pandemic. Since then, we transitioned to ‘to go’ meals. What used to be a wonderful experience and some of my fondest childhood memories has transitioned into poor service, lackluster food quality, and sky rocketed prices. Now they don’t even give you soy sauce, it’s truthfully insane. Entrées used to be shareable and now are barely sufficient for one, but the prices have nearly doubled. If something was prepared incorrectly

As a preface: Ive been eating here with my family for over 20 years now, weve spent a lot of money here. The food was amazing, the portions were great, and the price was right. I noticed a few years ago the owner's son took over the business. The portions became smaller, and the prices grew. Thats not an issue for me; I really just care about the food quality. Unfortunately that has also went downhill. The food is gross. Ive given them so many chances in the last 3 years. Waste of money

We have been going here for years, and at least 2-3 times a month. One time before we had bad food and let it go because it was edible. This time we ordered and the rice was burnt, could see it in the eggs and… onion. Ribs were burnt and crab racoon burnt. initially called back and judt wanted new rice. the "owner/manager" was beyond rude. told us to bring back the food that was ALL burnt. my daughter was starving and we had to drive back to Stoughton/Canton. Owner refused to give a refund or remake the order or even gove a discount. We got a total refund after returning the food. DONT NOT

The rice had a burnt smell and taste and burnt pieces of egg that you couldn't hide with duck sauce, the teriyaki was cold ... not room temperature, but actually cold like from a fridge, when my wife called to complain they were very rude refusing to give the name of the manager and hanging up on her ........ 25 years as a customer .... never again ...

Currently, they are not doing dine-in, but they have a pretty good system for picking up takeout (you can order online or on the phone) and the food is usually prepared pretty fast. For takeout, we have been enjoying their beef chow fun, tofu family style, satay beef noodles, and yu hsiang eggplant.

As much as I would hate to give any restaurant a negative review during CV-19, unfortunately, it is absolutely warranted. I've ordered from here several times before. Most recently two weeks ago via Door Dash. The food was so good, I decided to order again for an easy Sunday family meal. However, the experience I had today with this order was so disappointing. I can confidently say I will NEVER order from here again.
