Frozen concoction at its finest. This made-to-order ice cream is made with sweet milk poured on an extreme cold steel surface (approx. -31° F). Then, metal spatulas are put to work chopping up toppings into the base and scraping it around producing air bubbles. When it is frozen solid, a thin layer is created and scraped into rolls. These rolls are placed vertically into a cup and covered with additional toppings. Now you are ready for the real treat. STAY away! Rude does not even begin to describe the owner abs employees at this place. The owner has nothing but attitude-great leadership as her employees are the same way. The owner would not give me an extra cup. Flat out refused. And have serious attitude. Then her female employee mumbled something under her breath. I told her I was leaving a review and she shouted "go ahead" through the whole place. Nice. At $10 a pop you'd think this lady actually cared. Save your money-go anywhere but here.

Crème Shack is hands down one of the best Ice cream places in the country. I've been all over and this is the best. The ice cream itself is perfect...it's not sickeningly sweet so if you add some of the candy it's not over the top. Some ice creams are thickened with chemicals and Creme Shack's ice cream feels naturally creamy and clean. Their combinations are amazing, different taste sensations, not just sweet on sweet. For example the Lime Me tastes like key lime pie, it's a little sweet, salty and tangy...it's sooo good.

Never heard of rolled ice cream? Well now you have. It's a very unique process where they flatten the ice cream like a paste and then use a scraping tool to roll up in rows the ice cream; which is then deposited into the cup you receive. Toppings are after put on.

I haven't had rolled ice cream like this before. It was really good and very interesting to just sit there and watch it be made. The system that they have to get the line moving is very efficient. Once you order it's not long before you get yours. The portion sizing are also very big. I could have probably split mine because it was that big but it was also god enough not to split. I like how it does melt as fast also. The whip cream melted faster than the ice cream and that's usually the other way around. Over amazing ice cream and I good way to cool down while walking downtown.

Stop here on 6/11 after 10 and called and they actually closed at 10 pm. Circled back on 6/12 let's say great customer service and many choices. If you don't know what you want you can create your own. Which still many choices (lol). Very tasty

Ohhh my gosh, I cannot stop thinking about this place. They make the ice cream with a fresh cream mixture on a cold slab. The toppings and combos are endless. I chose chocolate with mint Oreo and graham crackers. Most rolled ice cream places lack toppings at the bottom of the cup but this place had some in there for your last few bites. It was soooo delicious, not overly sweet or creamy but very craveable.

Very clean very friendly very quick sooo many options to choose from. Great prices great portions. Super delicious 😋. The apple pie ice cream was awesome, the chocolate pie we got was really good too, the custom cookies and cream was the best. The place was spotless not too crowded and the line moved quickly. Cute spot good ice cream spot for sure.

Rolled ice cream is very popular now and art of sundae making is at its best at Creme Shack. This is located in downtown Greenville, with a versatile menu with almost any candy or sweets that you can think of. The Butter Pecan sundae was great, tasty and colorful. The price is $6.99 but two people can share a sundae, honestly.

Absolutely delightful!! Rolled ice cream that is made while you wait. If you haven’t had it before it’s more like ice milk ice cream rather than creamy custard type. Sooooo good!!! Lots and lots of flavors and/or combinations of flavors. Cute place for dessert with outdoor seating in downtown Greenville. Definitely recommend this!!

Turns out, no ice cream donuts anymore. Those were discontinued. The clerk said that they may have some more in the spring.
There were a couple more things that seemed odd to me. They advertised 'almond milk' ice cream as an alternative for an additional charge... ok, cool! However, it ONLY comes in vanilla. Bummer.
Next, my minion wanted 3 toppings on her ice cream scoops. We were told she was only allowed to have

They have lots of options, can watch them make your dessert in front of you.
Was a very short wait and perfect portion for a nice dessert after dinner.
Would highly recommend checking them out if you're in downtown Greenville. I know we'll be back as there's plenty of options to choose from.

The ice cream at the Creme shack is made one serving at a time, right in front of your eyes. It doesn't get any fresher.
We ordered the Berry-licious, and it was so good. There are berries mixed right into the ice cream as well as on top.
The price and portions are hefty. I would love to be able to get a smaller size! I definitely recommend sharing.

The Creme Shack takes a little bit of science and mechanics and creates an ice cream experience that not even Cold Stone could compete with (although just yards apart). Their groundbreaking cold plates (cooled to arctic temperatures by a series of air compressors) are used to chill liquid cream/flavoring into delicious, refreshing ice cream! This place is the Benihana of ice cream. You can enjoy the show while your ice cream is being made, watching as each ingredient is added! With at least 30 topping choices and 3 flavors of ice cream this place is a must-go for any after-dinner downtown visit

This was my first time trying rolled ice cream. This is a nice place, but I didn't like it as much a regular ice cream for the following reasons:
1. The ice cream is harder than most and I thought my plastic spoon was going to snap trying to cut into it.
2. They pulverize the toppings into it and there aren't nice chunks of toppings
