New 240 Volt receptacle for electric car charger where new conduit had to be installed across a basement, also strung up car door pad and changed outlet to GFCI. I always resolve code issues while I work whenever possible. To get a circuit panel to code, Tom installed a subpanel to accommodate additional circuits that would not fit in the main panel.

He passed both the IL written exam and a physical skills test in 2008 to earn an IL electrical contractor license. I’ve hired Tom several times. He’s an experienced, knowledgeable and very professional. Unlicensed electricians or handymen can do some the work. They may cut corners or not know of the some finer points. One thing I really like about Tom is that he truly cares. I’ve been with him while he is working. He pull out some wires and tell you what’s wrong and/ or not safe about it. Tom does everything to code. He always answers all of my questions. If he’s running late he will call or text. He’s a great guy.

I hired Tom to install all new electrical work on my 2nd floor including new conduit, ceiling fans, light switches and outlets. He corrected issues with outlets in my kitchen and bathrooms and inspected and replaced circuit breakers in an old electric panel. I was very impressed with his attention to detail, his professionalism, knowledge and he was reasonably priced . Work was completed on time at agreed rate. I highly recommend Tom for any electric job and will hire again if needed.

We just had Tom out to our house for the third time in 2 years. This visit was to replace 3 ceiling fans with LED lights. Last year was replacement of all of our outdoor lights. He is very meticulous with his work and I always appreciate his suggestions to make my house more automated---light & fan timers etc. He also leaves the space as he found it---clean. Highly recommend.

Tom is great. Very knowledgeable and was able to figure out a great solution for a wiring issue I was having. Additionally, he has installed digital times and removed and replaced a ceiling fan for me. Both jobs were completely perfectly. While working, he even took the time to updated me with text messages which was greatly appreciated.

Highly Recommended. Tom rearranged his schedule to fit my needs. Communication was easy. He was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable as well. He fixed all the problems I had called about and was patient in answering my questions about how strange electrical configurations work. Will definitely call again when need arises.

The first thing I noticed after calling Tom to set up an appointment is he called me back. Some electricians won't even bother. The first time he came, he fixed the switch in one of our bathrooms since the light would not work. I called about a week later to have him replace the switches in two bathrooms and the GFI's. I asked if he could do the work on a certain day this week and he made the appointment for the day I requested. He is neat, courteous, and friendly. He even climbed up on the bathroom counter to get a dust spider on the ceiling for me the first time he was here.
