Gerardo Menchaca has helped over 1000 people obtain their visas and green cards. For over 10 years, he has successfully handled many US immigration cases and matters ranging from an individual client's visa and green card, to corporate and business immigration clients from multiple places such as Mexico, Canada, Europe and Asia.
Marvin Morales was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, in 1979. That year his family immigrated to the United States and settled in the small West Texas town of Plainview, Texas, where he was raised along with three sisters and one brother. Marvin vividly recalls the long lines his family stood in to gain legal status under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.

My wife and I decided we did not want to try to do the process of Adjustment of Status ourselves.
