After your part is disassembled, we thoroughly clean the part removing all dirt, oil, grease, and grime in order to have a clean application of the powder coating. After cleaning the part is ready for Pre-Baking. This process heats up the oils inside of the part and drives them out in a 440F oven for 40-120 minutes.
Masking is a tedious but required part of powder coating. Masking is also dependent on the part and it is the very last step before the part is powder coated. All parts are grounded and powder is applied in a dust-free and clean environment with proper airflow during coating. Compressed air at +38 degrees and contains less than 0.1-PPM oil with no particulate contaminants greater than 0.3 microns.

Our facility is UL approved for clear coating applications over polished brass, copper, stainless steel, and other powder coated surfaces. This procedure meets the ANSI/NSF standard number 51 for Food Service Equipment Component materials for use in steam condensate and non-food contact areas. I had an antique BBQ that I was restoring. Took the parts that I wanted powder coated and they did a fantastic quick turnaround job. Walking in i/ knew that I was small potatoes to them, compared to the huge jobs that were in line in front of me. They could have just said, sorry we're too busy but they didn't. Give them a try, no job to big or two small, that would include large car frames and bigger jobs.

While there customer service is good, they rush through projects and I didn't find them to do quality work. While they provided me with a full refund, I ended up having to order a new shifter arm for my motorcycle because the damaged the inner threads. The first time I went to pick up my items there was not a consistent finish and they offered to do them again. When I went back to pick them up, some items still had the same problem. To top it off the label that had my name on the products had the work "picky" on it. I don't believe wanting something done right is picky. Again

I came to Powder Coating plus to have my valve cover color wrinkles blue. When I picked it up it was the wrong color blue (darker than the picture shown,) so I reach out to Tim and see if we can change it to the right color, so he did. Tim and Stephanie were very responsive and willing to make it right as a request. I'm not a person who lashed out and write bad review just because small businesses make a mistake, and If I don't like the work they did I will never come back. At the end if the day it was a success with my valve cover. Thanks again Tim and Stephanie.

Waited 3 weeks for a set of lift springs to be powder coated for my f350. Was quoted $150 for a gloss white with silver flake finally picked them up today, gloss white with no flake.. they offered to add the flake but wouldn't give me a time frame so I denied and they wouldn't adjust price even though the product was not what I wanted.. the gloss white does look good though

We are delighted to have found powder coating plus. The employees are nice, friendly and helpful. Not only did they do superb work on our parts, but they came back ahead of schedule and below their quoted price. This isn't the closest powder coating shop to us, but communicating with them is so easy and their service is so good, we'll drive the extra 10 miles or so to use them.

I had a large project I needed to get stripped and powder coated. I brought the parts on a Monday and was called on Wednesday to pick them up. They were nice enough to give me a hand unloading and loading the parts during drop off and pick up. With a bad back I struggle lifting anything heavy. Lucky for me they volunteered. About the actual quality of the work, I have never had anything powder coated before since we typically paint our parts but it was perfect.

The late night crew here are bada**. I dropped off and picked up my products within 48 hours for a small project I needed done right away. The price is fair, the quality is top notch and I highly suggest using these guys. The prep is one of the most important aspects to powder coating so it doesn't chip, these guys have that process down to a science. Would highly recommend using these guys for your next project.

I came here to get a RZR cage, a roof and a rack done in BK08 for my nephew. The quality was better than I expected based on my experience with other local shops. It was smooth as it gets with no orange peel like some shops will leave on your parts. They gave me a great price up front and the turnaround time was faster than all the other shops I called. I will definitely be going here for all my future projects.

Adam is nice to women, that's definitely uncontested. He takes female customers as "lovely ladies", making them think that they are getting a discount because, you know.... but when the bill comes the office manager (whom incidentally wrote a fake review here) known as Kristen C. socks it too you in many ways, not just your pocketbook.

This way my first time getting stuff powder coated. My brother and I own an Fab business in the valley, and decided to get a price on powder coating a section of new fencing. We worked with Tim, Jacob, Kristen and Michael all through different stages of the project, and everyone was super helpful, friendly and went out their way to help us. This is unfortunately rare these days, but LVPCP has earned our future business. As a side note, the actual price was less than estimated... this always makes an enjoyable surprise

We have been using these guys for five years and longer and they do great work. Tim and his staff are friendly and they always have your pieces done when they say they are gonna be done. We don't use anyone else for our powder coating needs.
Prices are fair too. If you need something powder coated or media blasted hit up Tim and the guys over at PCP....

The powder coating work I had done here was not perfect nor did I expect it to be. Customers beware the staff will try to change the price on you after your powder coating work is done. Customers beware the staff will try to charge you an unnecessary shop fee which I know is a bogus fee and a dishonest way to make profit at the customers expense. I will never give my business again to these people. Are there any decent places to get powder coating work done is Las Vegas,Nevada?

I've been using these guys for a while now. And they haven't let me down yet. Adam and his crew are not only great people but they do a great job. This time around I got to meet Joe and he helped me more then I ever could have imagined. I had some wheels done and he kept me up on the issues they were having doing my wheels. Kept finding blemishes and he wanted to make sure they were a 100%. So the process took a little longer then expected but thanks to Joe it was worth the wait.

Took my wheels here to have them coated a different color and was actually referred by a friend. Tim made me aware that my wheels were already painted and would need to have them stripped first before coated. In addition, there were some issues with the lip and having it stay brushed aluminum. Basically, Tim took his time on the job and the finish is phenomenal. As time came to pay, there was some miscommunication with cost and Tim once again helped me with that.
All-in-all, fantastic work by guys who know what they're doing. Will definitely come back for more wheels and my calipers here
