Decided to treat myself to a gel pedicure and full set of acrylics. Everyone there is so nice and kind! Peter who did my toes made sure I was comfy the whole time. Kayla who did my acrylics is super sweet and amazing! definitely the best nail place in Ocean City!

Kayla did an amazing job on my birthday nails!! Very impressive experience! Usually go to nail places and never had a conversation with the nail tech but I had a great talk with her while she work on my nails! I’m in love with them and I will be coming back! Book with her!

I’m a newish customer to manicures, and Venus nails and Kayla are great! I get compliments every time I leave here and they take great care for both manicure and pedicures I have received. It’s a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. They take the time to make sure I’m good I’m happy and I know what’s going on.

I haven’t had a positive nail experience anywhere in OC until today. I’m so happy I stopped in! They were quick to help me (even on a busy rainy Friday) and Kayla was a doll. She was sweet and thorough and had a great eye for detail.
You could also tell they had a loyal client base and knew many of their customers on a first-name basis. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Shady operation. BEWARE CASH ONLY & no prices listed anywhere! Their own ATM I personally watched them fill (hello robbery?!) with a service fee. No cash app payments. No mention of CASH ONLY when I made my appointment. They were 25min late taking me for my appointment-which I arrived 5 min early for.
Did not see them sanitize/clean stations or tools. BEWARE.
Feel bad for the wonderful lady that serviced me. Did not give her as generous of a tip because I had limited cash. If this is how they treat their customers imagine how they treat their employees. Will not be back.

The absolute worst nail salon in Maryland. My friend got a manicure and all of her acrylics fell off within DAYS. When we called to advise the nail salon and ask if they could kindly redo the set. They said yes. We drove there, the man said I am not doing all of that. How unprofessional- very poor quality nail service and customer service.

This was my first time at the salon and I got a gel manicure as a walk-in. Unfortunately, after about a week and a half, three nails chipped pretty extensively. Zero time was spent cleaning up my cuticles; they remained untouched. My nails were also shaped differently from nail to nail. Through most of my manicure, I was the only patron in the salon, and numerous employees would come out of the back rooms not wearing masks. I felt the end of my manicure was rushed as four women came in who all had appointments.

This rating is not a reflection of the outstanding job the tech did on my nails. Until this review I did not have a negative comment about Venus; however, my recent visit changed that. By accident of course, I dropped a nail polish on the floor and it broke. I apologized and the tech was very nice and it was cleaned up. My tech was busy when I was leaving so I gave my money to another tech a young man. He counts my money and very unprofessionally says very loud...Hey, you owe $20 for that bottle of polish you broke! First, you can buy OPI lacquer online for $5 and second, you talk about rude and

Wish I could select no stars but 1 it is. I'm in Ocean City for vacation and wanted to go get pedicures with a friend. We were immediately seated but we're not told that there was only 1 person doing pedicures. I was taken care of right away but someone didn't get to my friend until I was finishing up. My friend politely declined the pedicure because she didn't want me to wait another hour for hers to be done. A few customers had come in in the meantime and were taken care of before my friend. On top of that my pedicure felt rushed. Would recommend finding another salon in ocean

I have come here twice now for dip on my nails and both times I received fast and attentive service. The staff is kind and personable, Kayla was amazing!! The interior is very clean and well kept. My nails held up flawlessly for about three weeks after my first appointment. Will be returning again and again and recommending to my friends. Thank you guys, you're all awesome!!

I'm mad my nails turned out so well living 3 hours away. I've been getting my nails done fairly consistently for years and I received one of the best fill ins/ acrylic fix I've ever had. Very clean establishment, lots of colors to pick from. Anytime I need my nails done in OC I will be coming here!!!

The people that are there seem very hard working and nice but I won't go back. The mani pedi was very basic-bottom of feet never touched. $50, I thought it was expensive. Manicure was very basic. Polish started coming off on fifth day. There was a newborn that was brought out of the employees work room into the main room where they do full sets, etc.
There was a active great 2 year old son of the managers that ran around the salon and then he ran around with scissors and all the patrons screamed stop. The mother than said we have to lock him up. He was in the back room screaming for 15 minutes

Thank you Tim for taking care of my friend's & I during our trip to OC! Venus Nails II was close to our Airbnb.
One of my nails broke the day before my trip & he offered to fix the nail for me & even added the hearts for Valentines Day approaching.
If you're in need of a pamper session while visiting the city, let Tim and his staff take care of you! Definitely will be returning when I come back to Ocean City!
