Walnut Creek Fireplace was born as a complement to our 25-year fireplace remodeling business Stone Vision, Inc. We had created beautiful mantels, mantel surrounds and much more and had completed projects all over the country, including Hawaii, Florida, and throughout California. But clients wanted to remodel their fireplaces AND install efficient gas fireplaces, which we could not provide at the time.
So in 2015, we decided to merge our expertise in fireplace remodeling with a growing (and Earth-friendly) fireplace industry: EPA-approved gas fireplace and insert sales and installation. And thus, Walnut Creek Fireplace emerged! Since 2015, we have had the privilege of providing efficient heat and beautiful fireplaces and fireplace remodeling for well over 1,000 clients in the East Bay Area.

We had an old 80's style fireplace that we wanted to change from gas to electric (since we have solar) so we called Damon. He was prompt and helpful. His team installed the electrical, fixed the drywall, did amazing stone work and now we have a beautiful new fireplace! I'm so happy with our new fireplace! We have another fireplace in our family room that will be fixed up and beautified by Damon and his team in the near future! I highly recommend this company.

Really love our new fireplace! The folks at Walnut Creek Fireplace were very helpful, from start to finish helping to align on a final design that fit our space. Even with a manufacturers delay due to the pandemic, they were great about communication all along the way. The installers were very conscientious of the installation space, keeping it clean and were careful with social distancing. And when they patched the wall where the gas line was connected, they brought in the perfect touchup paint. You can't really tell there was ever a hole there. We are very happy.

Everyone at Walnut Creek Fireplace was great to work with! Damon was very communicative and straight forward with us, which we appreciated. They gave us a great price for our fireplace and install and the guys who came out were professional and got the job done quickly. We would absolutely recommend Walnut Creek Fireplace!

Damon (the owner) and his crew did a spectacular job on our fireplace wall remodel. Our old wood burning fireplace was replaced with a beautiful, modern gas burning fireplace. In addition, Damon went down to the stud walls to rebuild it so we could mount a television above the fireplace. (We used a special down & out mount to keep the TV well above the fireplace when not in use and yet can lower it for viewing.) Damon used his second skill set to recommend a "Venetian Plaster" finish on the firebox and his skilled workers installed it flawlessly. He also helped us out when another contractor doing
