Leaving a review to commend Veteran Air for consistently employing reliable honest technicians. Specifically, Jeff, who came out to service my heater. He was on time, very friendly and represented Veteran Air in the highest regard, one that Michael Anderson and his father Rick would have been proud of. I requested a quote for a full re-do of our entire HVAC system including ducting. David came out quickly to give us an estimate and provided answers to all our questions. Their quote was great and they were able to start the work the following week.
The installation crew was professional and very knowledgeable. They moved like a well-oiled machine and replaced everything in 2 days. They provided enough

We had a great experience with Veteran Air the last two days. Nick came out for the original consult and my husband wanted to sign them on there and then. But we had one more appointment before making a decision. Very glad we chose them. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job replacing all the vents and putting in a whole new HVAC system. Our AC has never felt better. Our main issue was the upstairs, especially in our master. Mike was able to add an additional vent in the room for better output. We haven't tried the heater yet. So I will update if necessary. Thank you Veteran Air!

We received a few different bids from different contractors. We were impressed by their knowledge and honesty and especially liked their no-pressure selling. They will answer an infinite amount of questions and then let you be so YOU can decide what to do next. Their installation crew is the best! Honest, hard-working guys who like each other and what they do! To me. that is the type of team I want working on my house. No mention they are very clean and dog-lovers!

Troy came out to work on my Air Conditioning system. Fantastic experience all around! Service was scheduled quickly, David came out for our quote was on time, professional and knowledgeable. The price was much lower than our other quote and they were able to schedule instillation quickly. Today, they installed a quiet cool fan, new furnace and AC unit quickly effectively. They explained how to use everything and tested before they left. I highly recommend them for any service they provide!

I had companies out for bids on a new HVAC system. We had settled on a Lennox variable speed system. Nick came out to the house and answered my questions on install (do you subcontract, do you have the equipment in stock, whats the install time) He was friendly and his knowledge seemed to match my own research. Their price was the most competitive but honestly I picked them more for their reviews on Yelp and my sales meeting with Nick.

We replaced our HVAC system. 2 condensers furnace etc. We moved to a 15 year old house in Yorba Linda but the system that came with the house we bought was terrible and small.
I got about 7-8 quotes. David was the rep who came from veteran air. He took his time to go over what we were looking for, measured out our house and got back to us promptly with a quote. Other companies who came later wanted to redo our ducting and had other suggestions.

Nick came out to give us an estimate on replacing out ducts because they were broken and contained asbestos. Nick was very thorough and pointed out what was needed to be done and the process that Veteran Air will take to replace the duct. He was very helpful and we got our quote right away. We were very impressed with the customer service compared to other quotes we had gotten that we decided to have Veteran Air replace the ducts in my house.
Anthony and his crew came out a week later and they worked all morning replacing the HVAC ducts. They were professional and made sure to keep my house clean

He also cautioned that the space was tight but it would probably just fit but final decision is with the installer.
