This project was a collaboration with Sawa Design Studio and Borden Landscape Design to transform an 60's ranch to a contemporary remodel for a client who had not decided whether to live in Sarasota or turn it into an investment opportunity. Our realtor friends tell us it is one of, if not the highest SQFT sales prices ever attained.

We were excited to have a flattering article written about our business, Ampersand Construction, last year by the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. David Jennings approached the newspaper and indicated there might be a story, considering that we had no less than eight construction projects within 500 yards of one another in the Indian Beach-Sapphire Shores neighborhood, with four being on Brywill Circle.
