I put the Verus diffuser on my 2020 Miata last year and I'm adding the front and side splitters now. Both orders have come with some absolutely fantastic communication and service. The diffuser was delayed a few days before shipping and instead of just letting it ride, someone sent me an email to let me know. I had a question on my recent order and sent an email, they sent me a reply frighteningly quickly. All the parts I've received are well packaged and gorgeous. The diffuser in particular is a work of art. The installation instructions are clear, the hardware is quality, I couldn't ask for more

I have a car in a shop shop getting some performance mods installed. They were just about finished with the job and realized that a part was missing. I called Verus because they make the part I needed. Not only did they sell me the part but instead of shipping it they HAND DELIVERED IT to the shop. This was truly exceptional customer service. Thank you Clay for your help and I will be there soon to buy more parts very soon!

Best customer service. I somehow snapped some bolts for the diffuser and splitter I bought from them, they've managed to source the parts immediately and patiently replying every email in a timely manner. End up shipping in just one day! The sales director is the best person to speak with if you want help from them!
