We currently employ Complete Home Care of America to provide daily assistance for my 99 year old mom who lives with us. We moved Mom into our home in November from an independent living retirement center. She had become a fall risk, was sleeping most of the time and seemed to have lost interest in things she used to enjoy. Since bringing in our caregiver, we have seen incredible improvements in her cognitive skills, mobility and quality of life. At 91, and living alone with no close relatives, I needed not only a caring and understanding caregiver, but also an understanding, friendly and businesslike manager. Complete Homecare of America Inc.has been a godsend in the care of my mother. Attentive, flexible and incredibly helpful and insightful during this transitional period while meeting the needs of my mother. High marks for communication and responsiveness.
