I have had the worst experience dealing with this company! One of their drivers ran into the power lines of my office building ripping my power lines off my building. Ultimately costing me thousands of dollars. Nearly one year later and I've received zero compensation! The claim adjuster basically is saying I will be punished for their drivers negligents! I definitely do not recommend for any reason!

They sayed that the Lp program was a walk away. Not true. They told me if you decide to leave. All is well. So why do i owe them some money. They told me if something was wrong with the truck they was going to charge me. Ok i was only with them for about three weeks when i found out i wasnt going to make no money here. The truck payments are really high. And they dont care if you check is 5 dollar. They are going to get that payment. So i found a company that i feel that cares about me making money. . so happy now.

I have been a OTR Driver, Target Team Driver, Trainer and a current Lease Operator here. 5 yrs and counting. Good company to work for in my opinion. At times it could be rough especially being out for so long and yes i have had a few disagreements with staff. Consistency and Dependability is the key here. I have seen some things change since they went public again more strict policies for safety . I have worked for numerous companies and they have been the perfect fit for me ..

I have over 20 years experience driving and my career is taking a change due to the pandemic so I looked into U.S. Xpress. I don't understand how this company operates. In just a matter of two months I think I've seen change over within their headquarters in Chattanooga to where I don't recognize anyone from the first time I was in the office. I applied for one specific position yet I get calls for other positions I have no interest in.. I've spoke with over seven people and every one of them have lied to me. It's things like this for people in transportation that the government needs to get involved

So I previously went through a orientation with US Xpress in Springfield, Ohio. Drove my car used my gas to get there. Also the recruiter said we was getting paid for a 3day orientation. I passed everything I was just waiting on my verification from previous employer. They sent me home and never contacted me back. So I called asking what was going on because it’s been over 3weeks, and do I still get paid for orientation? They said No! Because we are still waiting on you to be hired. So you only get paid for orientation if you are hired. A complete wasted of time.

While I was actively employed, was told I had no choice but to take an unsafe load. WRONG. After I had left, post-employment benefit support is nothing short of useless. From the “pretty” presentation delivered at trucking school, to what the company actually delivers is polar opposite. I STRONGLY recommend hiring in with another trucking company.
