Speak with Devin, he is the man with the plan and can get you taken care of or assist in any questions that you may have. Absolutely incredible service! I dropped my phone and the screen broke making it useless on a day I had a virtual appointment and two teleconferences. I called to see if they were open due to the Covid crisis, thankfully they were! They have great safety measures in-place to mitigate close interaction. I was quoted 30 minutes for screen replacement, I left to get food from a drive through, and it was fixed and waiting before I returned. Extremely happy with the customer service and to have a functioning phone! THANK YOU!!!
