The shoulder is the most flexible joint in the body making it the most susceptible to instability and injury. It is a 'ball-and-socket' joint. A 'ball' at the top of the upper arm bone, humerus, fits neatly into a 'socket', called the glenoid, which is part of the shoulder blade, scapula. Shoulder instability is a chronic condition that causes frequent dislocations of the shoulder joint.
The spine also called the back bone is designed to give us stability, smooth movement as well as providing a corridor of protection for the delicate spinal cord. The incidence of back pain has drastically increased. Approximately 90% of Americans experience back pain at different stages of their life.
The hand in the human body is made up of the wrist, palm, and fingers. The most flexible part of the human skeleton, the hand enables us to perform many of our daily activities. The ability to bend the fingers is governed by supportive tendons that connect muscles to the bones of the fingers. The tendons run along the length of the bone and are kept in place at intervals by tunnels of ligaments called pulleys.

What an unbelievable, caring, knowledgeable Doctor! Just when I just I couldn’t find a Doctor to deal with my failed Partial Knee Replacement two years prior I found. Dr Gaukhman! What a Blessing! He was able to access the problem and come up with a solution! More importantly he knew what he was talking about and gave me comfort to know everything was going to be alright! He gave me the confidence to go forward! It’s 3 months now and my recovery is very impressive! I know it’s my second total knee Replacement! What a Wonderful Human being! After 3 failed Dr’s! Dr. Gaukman visited me in the hospital every day. What doctor does that these days? I was visiting in Fl when I fell and fractured my hip. I was blessed to have Dr. Gaukman do my total hip replacement. It was a complete success, and my road to recovery has been successful as well. I recommend Dr Gaukman because he is very caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional.

Dr Gaukman did a great job on my mom's emergency hip operation. She has had a very quick recovery with neat well-heling scar. He was also very respectful of her personal decision not to accept any blood transfusion. His bedside manner at the post-op appointment was very caring and he patiently answered all questions without making us feel rushed. Would highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with this surgery. I liked my doctor I was immediately up and walking and recovering quickly Dr. Gaukhmsn did a great job and I’m satisfied with his surgery I have had many different hip surgeries all with different doctors by far this has been my most wonderful experience ever. He took his Time to go over everything in detail before and after I couldn’t be more happier with him than anyone thanks for the great experience.
