Wow, was in a crunch to finish up some laser cut outs for some thin acrylic pieces I had purchased in New York for a beauty display at an awards show in London UK. They were confident and helpful, even providing good tips and advice for assembling my pieces. They had a can do perspective compared to some other places I had spoken to in town. Really worked with me on this and would be going back to them in future!

First time customer...last time through those doors! Brought in 9 days ago to literally do a 5 minute, one small plate job...no big deal. Gave him (the owner) really no timeline (my mistake for not having a deadline) for completing the $12.50 job. Asked him to call me when it was done. He said probably the end of the week (Friday). I went by on Friday...not done. Asked him why it wasn't done. His reply was that he got busy with "rush" business. I said, ok, but please get this done soon, then call me.
