Kirstin Hamilton, owner of Midtown Waxing and Spa, is a licensed esthetician of 6 years, and has over 12 years of experience in the service industry. She has earned additional certifications in Personalized Waxing, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Keratin Lash Infusion and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

Using only ophthalmologist approved products, our exclusive techniques tailors a perfect look for each individual's unique eye shape. Our lash lifts and tints provide a rich looking appearance that eliminates the need for mascara and brow makeup.
Which facial should you choose? Each IMAGE facial at Midtown Waxing and Spa is personalized to address your specific skin conditions. After a thorough skin analysis and consultation, our customized approach ensures you will experience the results you desire. Level One facials are designed to relax and renew.
Midtown Waxing and Spa uses the best wax in the industry, along with expert techniques. Wax is applied at a lower temperature which is gentle on the skin but strong enough to remove hair, leaving smooth, touchable skin. MWS uses the highest quality products and ingredients, so you can expect a thorough long-lasting treatment.
All guests will be required to wear face masks during the duration of their visit. Once you arrive to your appointment please text your technician and wait to be greeted at the door. Clients are unable to bring guests or family members to their service at this time. Client's temperatures will be taken prior to entering the building, then directed to a station to wash or sanitize prior to receiving services.

Kirstin is such an expert and I wish I could give 100 stars! She is knowledgable and calming, while walking you through every step of the waxing service. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and really helped calm my nerves. Can't recommend her & Midtown Waxing and Spa enough!!

Kirstin is the absolute best!!! Seriously, I drive to Raleigh specifically to see her because after 3 years of going to her I know no one cares more about her clients and their satisfaction than she does. She is so friendly and the environment is very calming. She pays attention to detail and ensures that she takes the best care of you every single time. I have always left beyond happy with my results. 10/10 recommend - she is amazing!

Kirsten is the best. I’m a long time waxer and needed to get back in my routine. A friend recommended Kirsten and I haven’t looked back since. I always joke that she is doing some voodoo magic for my waxes to come out amazing each time with very little discomfort. Each appointment is a mini spa therapy session. I wanna keep her all to myself but she is totally worth sharing!

Should have posted this review SO LONG AGO. I've been going to Kirstin 3 years now, and would never trust anyone else with my eyebrows. We've been perfecting them to the point I don't even have to fill them in (I do because I like them thick, but the shape is incredible). She's awesome and beyond friendly. I love catching her up on my month when I see her, and the atmosphere of the spa is so calming. LOVE LOVE LOVE her and her talents. 10/10 recommend.

I've been going to Kirstin for well over a year now and tell everyone I know that she is my waxing goddess. I usually only do my brows, but I would trust her with anything. She truly cares about the quality of the products she uses and your satisfaction. She doesn't pressure you into other services but tells you of any specials and explains her other services really well if you're interested. I seriously cannot praise this girl enough!!

Kirsten is amazing!!! I've used her for years and will continue to use her!!! She communicates well and explains all and any services she's providing as well as what products she's using. She doesn't use or carry any products she wouldn't use on herself! Her new location is super cute and clean!!! Her prices are affordable and her service comes second to none! Highly recommend her and Midtown Waxing and Spa!
