I had to make an emergency trip and couldn't activate an away message on Outlook through my phone to save my life. I sent a message to Nelson and he quickly made himself available and took care of activating an away message for my work email, as well as set up email forwarding to have all of my emails be sent to a colleague. I can always count on him to save the day. Thank you, Nelson and GRS!

As a person with very limited knowledge of technology, I am thankful for having GRS on my side. I started integrating QuickBooks to manage the accounting at my business, and Nelson has been so patient with me learning how to use the platform. GRS is such a life saver! It has been a pleasure to work with them (mostly with Nelson) and they were key in upgrading the technology at our office, as well as putting us up to date with working on the cloud and with putting security protocols in place. In addition, they helped us with moving our email accounts to Office 365 and made the process efficient and seamless. We look forward to continuing working with GRS and recommend them strongly.

I was very frustrated when my Outlook application on my MacBook kept on crashing. All I had to do was contact GRS and they were able walk me though it to take care of the issue. I am grateful that I can always count on them to save the day!
