I have been renting adjustable beds from Desert Medical for my disabled son for our trips to Vegas. I have always been pleased with the professionalism and dependable service they provide. They are always so prompt and courteous when delivering, setting up and picking up the bed. They have a customer for life!

For many years we have been getting scooters from various places in Las Vegas. I must say This was the best place to rent the scooters. They were very easy to do business with and the scooters were brand new. They held a charge for a long time, as we did a trade show. I highly recommend them. The scooters were delivered to our hotel on time, and they were picked up as arranged. They are the best!

Scam artists! I rented a cart for initially for 2 days, but due to problems on the trip I needed to return the cart a day early. They happily took the cart back to re-rent to the next person but kept my money for the 2 days. I called to dispute and they said too bad, there are no refunds. They also refused to give me a receipt showing proof of return so all I could do was take a picture of their return roster.

My wife needed a battery powered scooter during our trip to Las Vegas. We rented one from Desert Medical Equipment through our hotel. The rental did not go as planned. Some of the scooter accessories needed repair and we had a mechanical problem with the equipment on the second night. Although the mechanical problem was aggravating and time consuming, I cannot blame the company for this issue. In fact, they offered me a credit on the night of the problem without my having to request one. I am convinced that this company would like to do the right thing but a lot is happening to businesses

I visit Las Vegas frequently. On my last few trips, I have requested mobility scooters so that I can be a little more adventurous. I cannot do a lot of walking, so the scooters are the perfect companion!! I have been 100% pleased with the service that I received from Desert medical. The equipment has been in top-notch condition and the young lady that I spoke with by the name of Angela assisting me with all of my questions and she always the confirms my reservation and makes sure that my scooters are available when I arrive. My casino host was of no assistance AT ALL, so I now call Desert Medical

I'm from Denver and went to Vegas , I stayed at the Bally,s casino. I rented a cooler for three days. The guy told I have to sign this paper stating if it gets damaged , stolen I would have to pay for the scooter, and proceeded to tell me thT they get stolen alot. I said I'll keep the key on me if I have to leave it. He that don't matter cuz they do something to back wheels and just walk it away. I reported it to security . Which they acted like its an everyday acurrance . I called Desert , I had to pay $900 for the scooter. Beware...scam I think if they know there so easy to stolen, why not fix

SCOOTER RENTERS BEWARE - The last time we stayed at Ceasars Palace, we rented a mobiity scooter from their bell desk. When I called the bell desk to rent a scooter for our arrival on April 25th I was told they only had a limited quantity and it was first come first serve and it might be best if I rented one from a private company. They recommended Desert Medical and gave me their telephone number. Desert Medical quoted me $50 a day, plus $65 to deliver the scooter on a Sunday. I called 2 other companies who gave me a lower price, but both said that Ceasars would often not allow them to deliver

I have been using this medical equipment provider for the is past year now. This is the provider my insurance gave me doe my CPAP and equipment .. This has been a horrible experience as this place is next to impossible to get a hold of in regards to asking billing questions . The only time they call you is to ask for another order , which is fine , but when I want to get a hold of them it's a horrible experience !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give this place a 0 I would. I should have checked their BBB rating prior to renting from them, they have an F and I can definitely see why. We rented a scooter for my mom from 12/30-1/6. The first day the scooter malfunctioned and my mom had to be pushed through Circus Circus and through the parking lot. We contacted this company and were told we would receive a call back for 3 consecutive days without receiving a response. I have used DME for years for biz trips to Vegas. I need, always, to rent a mobility device (electric scooter preferred) and finding DME was the best thing that's ever happened. Compared to other cities and rental companies, they are far more reasonable and as others have stated, their service is exceptional. Once when a scooter malfunctioned just before I spoke at a meeting, they were there within what felt like minutes (and must've been longer just to get to the meeting space!) to replace it.
