By far one of the worst LaundryMat in Anchorage. Firstly, there are NO SEATING. I can’t stand long while waiting for the load to be done. (I have a prosthetic leg). So myself including many other customers are having to go out to their vehicle to sit and be warm. Secondly, the hours of operation is no good, only till 5pm (sometimes they won’t let you in even it’s before closing). Thirdly, you can’t use regular quarters (you have to use their “tokens”) in order to operate the machines.

I live near here am an essential employee and walked to the laundry mat since the one below my building is unsafe. It would have been nice if when I walked over at 5 or 10 til 4 the doors weren’t locked! So you say last wash is at 4 then put your hours listed till 4 and not 5! Especially when someone one walking up to the (locked!) doors is embarrassed by your employee who ignores you and then rudely puts up 4 fingers to indicate being closed at 4. People inside looking and enjoying the show. Just trashy

I used Dondee's before a long long time ago so when I was back in Alaska but not yet home , I needed some laundry done. They use tokens which I don't like but the machine is there to get some. My first visit, the guy offered the dryers they were using that still had time on them but I already paid my machine. I appreciate it anyways! The second time I used a different machine and I chose cold water, but it was run on hot. So hot that the machine was hot and my clothes came out steaming. I told the lady on duty and she offered to have me use a different machine. ??????? My clothes were

2 weeks in a row I have shown up and not a single sign was posted that they were closing early. I went at 3:30pm on May 1st and a short fellow that was working said the last wash was at 3pm. I pointed to the sign that clearly stated 4pm and he said “oh no, that’s old sign and owner forgot to take it down. You are too late and will have to come back tomorrow.”

Very clean, 2 vending machines, all new washers and dryers, the ozone water system is amazing. My clothes are clean and soft after using the $3 washers and the large dryers, smells great. First time being here, got recommended by a friend, lady was super nice, welcoming and informative, got to exchange my leftover tokens back to cash. Did 2 loads for only $9 total, highly recommend and I'll be coming back again

This place continues to go downhill since it was sold. When I arrived this morning, 7 of 14 washers were down, numerous dryers as well. The change machines either don't work or don't work fully. The lady who works there is great, yet I can only imagine the flack she gets because of how poorly things are run. The location is convenient, yet I am hard headed enough to go elsewhere on principle. There is little to no regard for the customer here. If they don't care, why should I?

Made the grand mistake of attempting to do my laundry here while on vacation. Had 2 loads of laundry to wash. Used the $3.75 washers. Both of them ate quarters. Didn’t start. Ended up paying almost $5.00 a load once you factor the lost quarters. Service from a clerk was dismal at best. Guess what happened again, a dryer did the same thing. Wash at your own risk. The place is old. The machines are old. Washing public beware.

I am so disappointed with there service. I went there with review expectation and got super wrinkled clothes, with no fresh smell. They didn't text me how suposed to be when is my laundry done....I called them the day after I dropped my laundry at 2.22pm and they said your laundry was ready yesterday evening. And on top of everything I paid $44. I wish I can give them 0 star! Never go there, you are gonna pay for noting, better do hand wash by your self!

Needed to wash some clothes so here I am. It's a no thrills coin operated laundry place with the option of them washing your clothes for you. It's not super clean or dirty, there's no Fiji water served to you by hot laundry goddesses. You put your clothes in the machine, feed it money and soap, then sit down and try not to look creepy while your clothes wash. And for you Pokemon Goers, there is no stop close so you can't just sit and bank on whatever that spinning thing gives you. Stop, wash, dry, leave, go drink beer with clean clothes on.

These guys went above and beyond to help us out.
We are 4 veterans riding to Alaska down to Anchorage. Some of our crew had been on the road all the way from Arizona!
We needed to do laundry but they were closing @ 3pm. The maintenance guy 'Sean' saw that we were in need of doing some laundry bad, and him being a 13yr Veteran also, he let us do laundry while he did maintenance on the machines. Can't thank you guys and him enough.

Typical laundromat, nothing special really. It could be cleaner since trash cans are always overflowing when I go there, and it always seems like at least one washer or dryer is out of order. They also close at 7:30pm, which seems like a strange time to me and it's the earliest closing time of all the laundromats I've tried in town. However the prices are the lowest and the change machines will give you a combination of dollar bills and quarters if you have a larger bill, so you won't end up stuck with $20 in quarters. Other than the dryers taking much longer and more than one cycle at 6 min/25 cents a pop, this isn't a bad place. Well lit, clean, good machines (except the damn dryers), and plenty of seating. I was able to sit and knit contentedly like the dorky old woman I am and no one bothered me. Change machines take 10 dollar bills (which you will need). I'll be coming back here not just because my washing machine is broken but because it's a decent place. Also, free wifi! Woohoo!

They've done a good job with my clothes--both dry cleaning pants and laundering. And their turnaround is pretty quick.
But holy cow they are expensive. I've never paid anywhere near the amount that they charge for their services.
I'd give them four stars on their service but I'm gonna have to drop it down a notch for how expensive it is.
