Often, when I introduce myself as a Life Coach, people generally say, "I could use a Life Coach." And that is the end of it. They take no steps to solve their problem no matter what challenges they may be facing. Are you addicted to something life food, alcohol, drugs, sex, etc.? If so, do something about it!
The first step he calls VICTIMHOOD. There is where a person is at when they say their lot in life is the fault of someone else. They don't take responsibility for their choices. It is someone else that has caused them to fail. WE ARE THE CHOICES WE MAKE. It is, in fact, no one else's fault for the condition we are in.
