We hired Eventive Moments for the month of coordination and for our floral and I am so glad I did! Susan went above and beyond during the planning process and for the day of our wedding. Susan and I had multiple meetings leading up to the wedding, which helped me work through details and she ensured I had everything checked off of my list. We worked with Susan at Eventive Moments for day of coordination and floral, and she was great. Professional, communicative, and flexible as we switched our event three separate times due to COVID. We initially met with Susan and liked her but spent majority of the time with Lindsay after we signed the contract. Could not be happier with both of them. We loved working with Lindsay and Susan. We even had to postpone the wedding for a year due to wedding and they did not charge any extra. Super professional, super helpful, super everything. I hired Susan for wedding planning and floral design in 2019, she hung around with me all the way until our wedding this weekend on 10/9/21. Susan is simply the BEST, that is the only way to put it. We hired Susan from Eventive Moments (EM) for Month of Coordination services and Floral Services. We would definitely recommend her to everyone we know! We initially had to postpone our June 2020 wedding to June 2021. Susan was very understanding and super accommodating when we had to shift our plans. My day wouldn't have happened without them! Do yourself a favor and hire Eventive Moments. I hired them as a day-of coordinator, but their service is more month-of. Communication was prompt. She asked questions I wouldn't have thought to think about. She helped make my wedding day timeline.

Susan and her team are incredible. They put together my florals for the wedding (pics to come), and I am over the moon. They are professional, have a great eye, familiar with so many venues in the area and make the floral designs work with your personality and space.
I loved everything from my bouquet to the aisle decorations. I wanted a creative design incorporating greenery and pops of color and they executed better than I could have imagined.

We just got married last month, and our wedding was just PERFECT. So Beautiful and Memorable. Without Eventive Moments, I don't think the wedding could be this much successful.
Wedding planning went very smoothly and perfectly, but what made our wedding venue so much more beautiful (like a fairy tale) was their Floral Service (Flowers).

Amazing experiences with Eventive Moments team (Susan and Lindsay)!! They are the BEST!!! We booked our wedding with the Maxwell House in Pasadena and met Eventive Moments since they are the preferred coordinator for the venue. Since we didn't want to deal with day-of scheduling and such, we booked Eventive Moments as the day-of coordinator for our wedding.
