I scheduled an appointment with this company online and they were incredible with following up and making sure I knew exactly what to expect day of. The man who stopped by to pick up our couch was so sweet and helpful, his name was Shane or shaun I believe. I will definitely use this company for any future pickups. I received a call with eta prior to arrival. I will definitely hire them again the next time I need any junk removed.

These guys were prompt, professional and friendly, and the pricing was very reasonable. They did a fantastic job with removing a large old treehouse and swing set, and left my back patio looking better than it did when they got here. I will absolutely use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for junk removal services.

Shane at Have Junk?? was excellent. He is honest, professional, friendly, and helpful. He has a lot of integrity. He did everything he told us he would do, and was extremely helpful and patient in the process. Both he and his staff worked very hard for the entire day, and came back to finish up the next day. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Our organization would certainly use his company again. Great choice for junk removal!

Shane and his partner Sal busted their behinds moving out 10 large furniture items and a huge pile of filled contractor bags. They made the emotionally difficult clearing out of my mom's house in FL after she passed much easier. Shane even asked if any items could be donated to those in need. He also brought me some bottled water which was very kind. Now...I do not consider what I paid to be cheap. But he and Sal did what I could not do, including dismantling 2 desks that would not fit through the room's doorframe. They were on time, efficient, quick and even swept up the garage when

Consistency was outstanding with Shane when it came to communication and the job itself. I could tell from the first phone call that I was in good hands based on my conversation with him, and what I appreciated so much was staying in constant communication about everything. I had just been burned by a service person who did not show up for a different project and this can definitely leave a homeowner feeling uneasy, so Shane and his partner Sal were a breath of fresh air, and they were both extremely friendly and motivated.
