Speaking as a driver delivering equipment, it was pretty good. They got to unloading me immediately and they were very nice. It took a little bit because the had to put the wheels on as the unloaded but it wasn't bad.
I unfortunately picked up a piece of metal in my trailer tire while I was there, but they had no issue with me waiting on a tire guy to arrive.
It's not hard to get to, its more annoying. Tight turns and small roads but just slow down and take your time and you will be fine.

Ever hear of it costing $8000.00 dollars to replace the injectors in a engine? Me either. That's what they charged my Dad to work on his 2014 t4.75 I will never do business with them ever. They definitely don't know what they are doing. Even when we got it back things were not right on it. Parts missing. Fan belt ripped to shreds a few days after getting it back. Went and got the factory belt that's supposed to go on that tractor and it would not fit. Way to loose. So no telling what they did there when they put it back together. I'm positive that's what ate up the belt after we got it back. Buy
