Services
Save time and money with EnduroShield Glass Coating, the revolutionary, permanent* non-stick coating that is ideal for shower doors. The once only application makes grime, dirt and soap scum easier to clean, and reducing cleaning time by up to 90%. Untreated glass is porous and as a result it absorbs mineral deposits and soap scum, making it more and more difficult to clean.
ShowerGuard's patented technology helps keep minerals, scale and soap scum from sticking. A soft cloth or wet sponge and most common household cleaners are all you need for regular maintenance. A clean water rinse should follow the use of any of these products. Please follow the manufacturer's printed instructions for the products listed below.
When registered as required below, installed as part of an indoor shower enclosure and regularly maintained according to Guardian's recommendations according to water type, Guardian ShowerGuard glass is warranted to the Original End-user Customer to be free from visible staining, corrosion, or discoloration under normal use for as long as the Original End-user owns the shower in the original property where the shower enclosure was installed.
Yes, water leaking from gaps between the shower curtain and the shower wall can result in significant water damage over time, especially for bathrooms located on a second story. Water damage is the most common trigger for growth of stachybotrys, a toxic mold that can cause allergies, asthma and skin rashes.
As with all industries, we've heard our share of stories of unique individuals using our product at times, or in ways, or in degrees that are not appropriate. For example, there is the story of the computer user who called to complain that the cup holder that came with her computer snapped off, and after some time the technical support representative diagnosed she had been using the CD drive tray as a cup holder.

Try to find another company. We used this company (at the recommendation of our contractor (big mistake) and we agree with many of the reviews. They left all kinds of caulking and glue on the glass which was a nightmare to get off (ourselves). They had to come back to seal the glass a few times.

The owner is rude.

Shower door installation was difficult as they tried to minimize work to do at my own expense, pricing is on the high end compared to other quotes , and customer service was poor from the owner and receptionist. for my other shower doors i went with another company and saved money with better service, plus higher quality glass bc i could afford to get the "starfire". still rating 2 stars as they did install what we agreed upon

Remarkable service and finished product. Beth, Larry, and Joe did and outstanding Job. I dealt with Beth over email and she was expediant. Larry ( Owner) measured my door and gave me suggestions, a real friendly guy, super knowledgeable about showers. The installation went perfect. Now I own the Mercedes Benz of shower doors. Thanks for everybodyJoe and the guys installed it beautifully. I wish I had more showers for them to do!

Just want to send out a huge recommendation for Larry at Bath Concepts. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue that he did not make a nickel on. He promised to get some information for me, it took him a couple of weeks but he did not forget and kept me in the loop all the way. This is the kind of person and business I want to work with. If you have any needs that he can satisfy, please give him an opportunity to fulfill those needs. I am sure that he won't disappoint you. Thank you Larry, you are the best!!

Like so many people who have reviewed this business, I have an issue with the owner. He came to do the measurements and proceeded to bash my contractor - who is perhaps the best one that I've used (and I've fully renovated 12 houses so far).

The installation went okay. The crew was polite. Things looked good until we actually used the shower. There was a large glob of caulk on the shower floor and, worse, there was either adhesive or etching on the glass that couldn't be removed. We called and left two messages and finally got a call back a week later.

The owner was demeaning

I've waited 4-5 months before posting so I could get a better sense if all was ok. So far, so good. Had a terrible experience even getting an estimate from Loews so turned to Bath Concepts. Walked in and explained we wanted a frameless shower door on barn door style wheels. The woman helping us was very competent and wrote down all our options. We loved the door and the price beat Loews by $1k.

I think the owner came out to measure and then a week or so later, two guys came to install it. Every step was smooth and professional. We absolutely love the door. Rolls so smoothly and is near 7

Shower door is now 4 years old and it works great. No major issues but the bottom of the doors plastic seal is hard to clean and had to use silicone to keep it in place.

The install staff was great, Larry was a grumpy old man but he knew what he was talking about.

The glass shower enclosure we ordered was scheduled to be installed on November 17th. It was unable to be installed due to a manufacturing error. The technicians told me a new piece would have to be created but that it would be rushed, and would be made and installed much faster than the first. The scheduler called and said he soonest it could be installed was the 29th. I explained that this was unacceptable, and that the technicians had informed me it would be much faster than that. She said there was nothing that could be done. When I asked how we would be compensated for the error, she said

We bought our house a few years and found the original receipts left by the owners for a bathroom remodel. The Alumax shower door was purchased from Bath Concepts so I called them when I need to replace some of the nylon inserts. I sent an email initially which he (Larry) responded to (which is great). When we spoke on the phone he agreed to call me on a Saturday and I'd drive over and we'd see if we could order the parts. When I didn't hear from him that Saturday I called and he said he had forgotten (no problem). He said he made a note and would not forget the following Saturday

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Larry the owner, is RUDE, Unprofessional, and accused me of lying when I called to say that after they installed our shower door, one of the hinges was scratched. I was not here for the installation, but our contractor was. When I got home from work, I noticed the hinge was scratched, the door handle had a spot, and the silicone strip on the side door was not installed properly. When I called Larry about it, he didn't believe me and said that the technician's always note any problems before they leave. And nothing had been noted. I had to fight him to get them
