We are first time homeowners of a house with a pool. We were way out of our depths at the start of pool season… We had a terrible experience with letting another company open the pool for us and quickly realized we needed a more supportive company. The first time I visited Bonsall, they answered my questions and gave me a rundown of my pool specs and chemical needs. I came in several times to have my water tested and learned something new every time I was there. They were very patient with me and gave great advice.

Bonsall Pool & Spa is a wonderful company to work with. Due to Covid, we did not have a huge selection of hot tubs to select from, not their fault but the one we selected we love. The delivery of our hot tub went smoothly and they had plenty of staff available to help with the process of setting up. I would highly recommend Bonsall Pool & Spa to others look for a pool or hot tub.
