I ordered material from Jose paid 10k then it turns out the material was not in stock. “Facts”
Then they said it had to be a special order even though it was already paid for and they had made a mistake. I realized that the color was too light so I ask Adrian to work with me so he scheduled a meeting to discuss what could have been done, apparently they are the only ones that are allowed to make a mistake. I was there at the right time and place and he never showed up. He completely forgot about the meeting then he blamed it on traffic when he was at a completely different location in Miami

I spent time approving the material I chose . They opened up the crates and pulled out the material, I approved it and paid in full and the crate numbers were on my quote hold them when my delivery came today, the crates were totally different. I have been trying to get my sales person (btw she’s new) to deal with this situation and have had to luck. The delivery was refused and I’m awaiting an answer to this situation. My tile installer was there and wasted a day. As designer I have purchased from OPUSTONE many times and never have I had a situation like this - Such lack of professionalism

Not only they have a wonderful selection, but Daniela Zayas, the sales person who helped us, was very patient and resourceful. She was a class act. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable as Daniela explained in detail the materials available and made helpful recommedations. We will look for her for each one of our future projects.

We are currently in the process of redoing our home, and our designers suggested I go to Opustone. Barbara Cutino has helped us throughout the lengthy process and has had so much patience with us. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help us with our many questions. We are highly satisfied with her service, promptness and all of Opustone’s wonderful selections. We continue to come back and recommend our sales person to everyone we know.
