CNM is general family practice headed by Dr. Susan Rzucidlo, N.D. Dr. Rzucidlo is board certified Naturopathic Doctor and certified medical acupuncturist. She has a particular interest in nutrition and nutritional counseling since food plays an integral part in a healthy life. In addition to her interest in nutrition, she is continually researching and implementing anti-aging techniques and treatments.

Dr. Rzucidlo is a Board Certified N.D. and general practitioner who diagnoses and treats all conditions -- a traditional family doctor. In addition to general family medicine and women's health, CNM offers specialties such as acupuncture, facial rejuvenation (the "natural facelift"), weight management, and nutritional counseling.
The Center for Naturopathic Medicine is a provider to many insurance carriers, including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna and Oxford. For most insurance carriers, no referral is needed. Prior to your visit, please contact us or your health plan to verify our participation in your plan. Also, please be prepared to provide a copy of you insurance card on your first visit.
