Brian helped us with purchasing a wheelchair yesterday. We were also interested in information about a scooter to use in the future. He is a very friendly guy to work with. He knew so much about his products and helped answer all our questions. I was so surprised at all the scooters and wheelchairs they had to pick from. We are going to go back and purchase the scooter at a later date.

I had a need for a lift recliner for my visiting 100 yr young Dad for upcoming Thanksgiving week. This was a rare item and Mike was able to find one. Delivery was to be today. At mid morning, Dad cancelled the plans. A call to Rebecca provided a solution of delaying the delivery and giving me a window of opportunity to cancel should I be able to persuade Dad to change his mind. He didn’t; I had to cancel. The level of graciousness and understanding on their part is the epitome of customer service and sheer decency. Thank you so much CVI. You will always be my go to place for medical equipment

Julian was amazing the scooter that he help me pick was exactly what I needed. I explain my needs & my concerns and he was able to provide me with a scooter that caused me no inconveniences. The scooter was small and light being easy to carry in and out of our vehicle. I’m really happy with the scooter he helped me pick. He was very professional & knowledgeable took care of me quickly, I was in and out of the store. I will definitely be back there next time I need some thing while I’m in Dallas. I highly recommend this place. Hey general manager Julian deserves a raise for going up and beyond

We have been customers of CVI for 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. When you can call on a Saturday morning and Mike comes out in a few hours with a lift chair for my mother-in-law they had my business. We have purchased 2 lift chairs, 3 scooters, lift for my car and no telling how much more. Mike and Rebecca are the best and my husband and I have grown to consider them friends. They are the best at what they do.

They brought the wrong bed. Then assembled the wrong bed. Then could not make the wrong bed work. Then said they would bring correct bed on Monday,but when I called for them to pick up old bed on Monday they can't pick up till Tuesday and charged me $240. UPDATE!!! I was contacted by CVI Medical and they gave me a full refund.
