Mr. Bruce is very PROFESSIONAL. When my daughter was discharged from the hospital, I called for supplies for her and Mr. Bruce was there to take care of everything. He was very patient and very heart caring. Thank u Mr. Bruce.

Very professional and friendly. Delivered supplies to the hospital before my niece was discharged then delivered the rest of the equipment to the home before she got there. All equipment was set up and working. Thanks for always answering our calls and delivering promptly. You made her recovery easier to bear.

We ordered a couple of ankle braces from DME. One of them was backordered. The communication and support around this was absolutely over the top fantastic.

I called DME Direct with a low air loss matress problem. The matress had leaks and it was ruining the pump. I had gone through three pumps at a hefty price.

My wife had hip surgery and because of low bid dme got the bid they delivered the wheelchair to st.Tammany hospital but would not pick up at her residence so tell me why you would make a customer with broken hip make her drive to new Orleans to return the wheelchair and all the while very rude and unprofessional making my wife cry on the phone . I am not at all impressed or happy the way they treated my wife with a broken hip will never ever use this company again and if someone out there does I suggest you ask plenty of questions and make sure you question that they submitted your insurance correctly

Recently assisted a patient who needed oxygen- contacted DME Direct and w/in an hr- 1h 1/2 the family was met by the company @ their home upon their arrival from the patient's medical appointment. Refreshing to always be met w/professional, knowledgeable & compassionate staff, says a lot about the owners.

This company and Bruce it's president are unbelievably professional, kind, thoughtful, and supportive. Bruce went out of his way and beyond to help us successfully solve our need He's the kind of person and company you generally only hear about in fairy tales. My wife and I commend and thank him.
