I needed my well inspected, I completed a comprehensive review on 7 Well Drilling companies that provided this service. I knew their were issues with my Well however, not having the expertise I knew I would rely on the company of choice. After I completed multiple Well Drilling Website requests for service & explanation of my Well issues which each company asked to be completed only 1 of the 7 companies got back to me “Mather & Sons”. There front office team was Excellent, Sonny Terry was wonderful everything you would expect from a top company & more. Sonny scheduled my inspection it was a

We had the pump replaced in our 33 year old well yesterday. The two guys (Devin and Cory) that came to do the work were very good at their jobs and easy to work with.
Prior to the installation I mentioned I wished I had a way to tell how far down we were pumping the water. Des in the office suggested that when they installed the new pump they could attach a small tube to the pipe. The bottom end of the tube is open just above the pump. The upper end of tube is connected to a pressure gauge and a Schrader valve where I can pump in air. From the gauge reading I can now very easily check how far

I called and someone came out the same day to see why we didn't have water from our well. Said we needed a new pump and tank. Gave a quote and could come out in 2 days to fix... I called and got another quote from Hall n Sons.. they were $2000 cheaper!! So the service was good but I would definitely recommend getting a second opinion & price comparison. Hall n Sons came out and put in a new pump & tank the next day for $2000 cheaper!

We're buying a house on acreage outside Camas and I called Mather for guidance about the well. The phone operator was extremely helpful and offered a wealth of knowledge that helped us make informed decisions. She was very helpful despite the fact that I was not an immediate paying customer. I will definitely call them for all of my well/water needs because they care about the public and the quality of their work/reputation. THANK YOU!

I called Mather Pump service on Monday 2/17 to have them come out to figure out why the pipes on my rental were spitting water and air and the pump was cycling on and off. They said they would call me first thing in the morning Tuesday and let me know when they were coming out. Around 3pm on Tuesaday I called to see if they were still coming out because I hadn't heard from them. They said they had too many other emergency calls and because we technically still had water, that it would have to wait until tomorrow. Wednesday comes and goes and I didn't get a call again. Today is Thursday now at 12

Fantastic customer service and very responsive. My well pump burned out and after calling over 20 places within a 3 hour drive, they were able to not only locate the pump, but were able to get it shipped within 2 hours. Jorgen called me 4 times for specifics on what was effected and possible alternatives since family of 9 would be without water for a considerable amount of time. The Mather crew went above and beyond for our family. I'm not sure who some of these reviewers were speaking with, but Grade A to me!

My well ran dry. Super fast response. They were out in hours and the engineer looked at the system found the problem. They applied the service call fee and parts toward repair. I am going to also take a bid from them to improve the system I have; so, in the future I don't run out of water. They do above and in ground storage. Also, they contract out for drilling deeper wells if need. This is good I believe because they won't try and sell you on things not needed. Happy outcome and quick fix for now with improvement of my system in near future.

Our water went out at our home on a Saturday night. My husband called Mather Pump Services and left a message hoping they would call him back once they opened Monday morning. We were so pleased that Mather and Sons called us back early Monday morning (before they officially opened) and had a guy out at our place first thing. We needed a new water system (bummer for us) and Mather and Sons was able to get back out the next day to install one. They treated us fairly and did a great job getting everything installed and water back to our house in a timely manner. We are so grateful that we did business

I recently had a problem with my water pump going on more frequently than usual. Jorgen came out and made some critical adjustments to the system that fixed the problem. He also explained why he made those adjustments so I would have a better understanding of what went wrong. I really appreciate his expertise and willingness to take the time to communicate. I've been relying on Mather

I called on Monday - its Friday now. Yes I realize I have water however I needed someone to come out and do an evaluation of my system since the tank is shutting off when I run the irrigation system. this is my 3rd summer up here and first time its happened -- anyway just called them for 3rd time to inquire why I hadn't rec'd a call back to book an appt. total BS and crappy customer service. Just because I have water now doesn't mean this job is less important than any other customer they have. grade: F

Called them on a Sunday and left a voicemail and sent a Facebook message asking them to call when they got in Monday morning. They called first thing, sent someone out within an hour and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly, explained things, showed us how to test and helped solve the issue. We weren't even sure when he came out if it was the well, the holding tank, the pump or the water system causing the issue and he showed us how to check for each issue. The best part is that it was very cost effective, less than I would have guessed. Would highly recommend.

We came home and found that we didn't have any water. We called Mather & Sons the next morning and talked to Lisa. She was very helpful and sent Mark out to assess the problem. Mark did some tests and determined that the pump motor was bad, so he called the office and got a crew scheduled to come out after lunch to replace the motor/pump assembly. Jason and Rick came at about 1ish and did a great job. They gave some good advice on what to keep and what to replace, then did a really good job cleaning up and making sure everything worked the way it was suppose to work.

My experience is exactly like the first review: zero response to calls for service. In my case, I called on the Monday before Thanksgiving. My well has been short cycling and I've narrowed the problem down to the well itself (likely a faulty check valve). Not a huge deal since I actually have water, but I also don't want to burn the pump out. The woman at Mather asked when I would be at home for a service call. I told her I could be there on Tues and Wed after noon (although I would have to leave work early) and all day Friday. She said someone would call back when they could come
