At Thrive Young Leaders, we help teens and young adults overcome internal barriers and guide them into deeper connection with their gifts, life purpose, and inner knowing.

Services
Deanna truly is a light for young people who may see nothing but darkness ahead. She helps them reach their potential by being an example, instilling confidence and helping them find their own light and strength and therefore hopefulness. She helps them take life's challenges and turn them into character building experiences instead of a hardship that may knock them down.
Life Coaching & Mentoring sessions are offered at local urban and wilderness parks in the Santa Cruz and Los Gatos areas, online, or by phone. If weather does not permit for outdoor sessions, we offer coaching sessions at client's homes or in reserved office spaces. Tutoring and Academic Coaching sessions are offered at student homes, libraries, coffee shops, local urban parks, or online (wherever is most convenient for the student).

Deanna has been a great coach for my teen daughter. Before Corona virus she was struggling with peers and social issues with some bullying. This was severely affecting her school work. Deanna helps her work on both and now she's doing great! My daughter also has a huge case of thinking her parents don't know anything! But if Deanna talks about it, she listens!
