I grew up seeing my Dad's health deteriorate. I was very young but he grew up looking very active and healthy. Stress played out in his life to provide for his family and he began getting sick often. Like flu-like symptoms. He started taking medication for sinus congestion and the usual antibiotics every time he got sick.

I was told about this place and Dr Hong by my sister. I am glad I took the leap and went to him. I have lived with chronic neck pain for years and my 13 year son had constant knee and back pain. After seeing him now for 3 months we both don't have constant pain. He is well educated and that's really what sold me on going here. The staff is also amazing! I highly recommend them! They truly care about helping you heel and get better!

Seemed extremely rushed. Didnt seem to listen to my concerns and kept attempting to cut me off. Stepped on my hand during the adjustment and didnt even have the courtesy to apologize. I almost backed out of even doing the adjustment after how the chiropractor's demeanour was during the exam/consulation. Figured I would give a local chiropractor a chance but after this visit i dont think it is in my best interest.

Dr. Hong is a very well educated person in his field. In the few months he's been working on me, I have mobility in my neck than I have had in years. The reception staff are very compassionate and kind too. Dr. Jake is also good at what he does also. Kudos for all the staff and dr.'s at Life Impact Chiropractic. And they do impact your life in a positive way with what they do.
