Had a small part break on a new tractor. It was a warranty repair. Not a big deal. But I felt like a king after speaking with Ted and Rachel. They got the replacement part shipped out immediately (they had one on the shelf) with zero hassle. Then I got a follow up message from one of the owners. I am happy!

What amazing service. The red-bearded gentleman (wish I was better at names) that assisted me went above and beyond helping me out with a flat tire. He’s a person that walks the walk when it comes to kindness and humanity. If people like him are loyal employees, it must be a great company, well worth trusting.
