I was referred to Dr Hunnius by my physical therapist in January 2020. I had severe tears to my tendons in both of my elbows also know as tennis elbow. I did not know much about Plasma injections and Dr Hunnius took time to explain everything to me. Prior to meeting Dr Hunnius I looked into many options including surgery. I elected to do the plasma injections and it was the best decision of my life. I did 2 rounds of injections and now feel better than I have in more than 2 years! I went to to see Dr. Vogt to get a second opinion on my shoulder. I was amazed at how much time he spent with me! He really took the time to show me what my problem was on the sonogram, and explain to me my options. He was also very friendly and personable. I can tell he really cares for his patients! I would highly recommend Dr. Vogt to anyone!

Dr Vogt was very knowledgeable but a note of caution this procedure is no sure thing. If I had to do it over again I would go right to knee replacement. I was also told part of my 7000 plus fee for stem cell knee procedure would include 2 “free” consultations with a nutritionist. When I missed one free appointment I was billed a 25 dollar fee.They seemed more concerned about getting my extra 25 dollars than my health because the made several phone calls asking me to pay this. This to me is petty considering the 7000 dollars plus I payed for the procedure which has not had the benefit I was

Staff is friendly, organized and helpful. Dr Vogt is exceptionally detailed and thorough in his exam, testing and learning about your issue. His approach seems to be to give you what the options are— what he would suggest initially and alternatives if that doesn’t work. It is obvious that he is passionate about what he does and trying to solve patients issues without surgical interventions.

I went seeking more information on my injury and regenerative therapy. Dr. Hunnius spent the time to listen to me, understand my lifestyle and explain very thoroughly about different options. Even offering advice on current therapy I am receiving elsewhere. It is a rare thing these days to find a doctor that will spare that time to get to know you, your lifestyle and your injury followed by no pressure to make a decision on treatment. I’m indecisive on the path I will take for treatment but highly recommended Dr. Hunnius and SMaRT. All other staff I met were courteous and friendly as well.

I have only just recently discovered this wonderful practice and have since referred 4 of my most challenging physical therapy clients to them. All 4 of the patients were extremely satisfied with their visits which ranged from 45 minutes to over an hour with the doctor. Several had been given little to no options of conservative treatments and were very pleased to hear about all of the different options the SMART doctors offer (and what a great name, as these physicians are very smart). My mom just received stem cells for her hip and 4 weeks out she is back to line dancing and aerobics, her goals

Dr. Vogt recently performed an Amniofix injection in my injured and arthritic knee. Based on the time he spent with me and the very detailed conversations we've had as well as the treatment itself, it's very obvious Dr. Vogt and team are extremely committed to my well being and a successful outcome. Less than a week after treatment I am feeling really well and will play some golf this afternoon.
