In March 2020, I went to my regular dentist at Fig Garden Dental for pain in my back left tooth area. He referred me to Dr. Michaelides for possible periodontal problems. After my initial exam Dr. Michaelides said I had periodontal disease in all four quadrants and I had to have Osseous Surgery immediately to save all my teeth. I was completely shocked, since I had no history or problems other than that one tooth. Because of his credentials, I believed him, His office assistant Dora said the cost was going to be $7260, $1650 x 4 plus $660 for a pill to relax me before submitted to insurance. I

Dr. Michaelides and his team provided me with a wonderful, comfortable experience. The front office staff is professional and thorough, while Dr. Michaelides is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He even took the time to check my post-op work on his day-off! The team made sure my procedure went smoothly, and I felt no pain through conscious sedation. My grafts look better than I ever could’ve imagined, and I’m very thankful I found Dr. Michaelides.

The experience that we had at Dr. Michaelides office was like no other! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a clean welcoming waiting room and a front office staff with exceptional customer service. We immediately felt at ease especially being a dental office. Due to a bad past experience at another dental office, my 16 year old son felt relaxed and comfortable. Once the dental assistant took us back the amazing customer service continued and so did the cleanliness in every room. Dr. Michaelides was the topping to our experience!! He was very calm, patient, compassionate and very thorough

Dr. Michaelides performed gum grafting for me on 3 teeth last year due to gum recession. My gums were so recessed (not due to hygiene) that I was at risk of eventually losing teeth. The ddoctor and hIs staff were friendly, kind, and professional. I am happy with the results and would highly recommend him.

I did bone graft with dr Paul and my insurance need to get explanation report in writing why He want to use biological material on my bone graft. He asked the office lady to write and my insurance called him doctor need to write explanation and he agreed to write. After a few week I called the office regarding the report. The office lady said doctor won't write the explanation because if insurance did not pay I had to pay. Why he bothered to write. I told them this is the routine report every doctor should write explanation in order to let insurance pay. I never see doctor that unprofessional

Dr. Paul Michaelides is a very talented and experienced oral surgeon. I have been his patient for over 1 year and have undergone both periodontal surgery and an implant. I had surgery regarding grafting for my gums (I do not know the exact procedure). I would like to say that Doc is very knowledgeable and will walk you through the whole process. The staff could be a little bit better tho. They were a little bit short whenever I had any questions or requests.
Overall the experience was pleasant and I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking specialty care.

I had an accident at work last week that resulted in one of my teeth shattering. Needless to say, I was in a great deal of pain. Dr. Michaelides took the call in the late afternoon and scheduled me for the next morning. His staff was kind and attentive even giving me directions to the office more than once after I got lost. Dr. Michaelides gave me treatment options and explained everything to me. While I am still in treatment, I am very grateful to him for his help!
