Initially known as A&B Builders, our company was formed in 2004 by Brian Klein of Sparta, Michigan. Mr. Klein had 20 years experience working in the construction trades and a desire to manage his own business. Under his direction, the company quickly grew and added professional trade licenses and services.

I called at 8am because our furnace quit lighting late the night before, our house was at 48*f by the time I called they were at our house by 9 and after going to grab the parts he needed he had it working great by 11am! so thankful for them coming to the rescue so quickly and the pricing was better than anticipated so I am very thankful for that!

Called about our furnace problems at about 11:00 and was able to come at 12:30 the same day! Very personable and prompt! Very reasonable on pricing too! Was great to have the problem solved quickly! Will be calling them in the future if we need to for sure!

Fast forward 2017 less than pleased with the customer service. They told me they could get me in in two weeks, but no date set. I just called after waiting two weeks and am told now it's another month out. Not very good communication. I would have expected a heads up phone call rather than having to call them. Probably will not call again.
