My diswasher rack broke..a week before Christmas. I tried to fix it myself, but just couldn't. I found DC Appliance online, and the website made it so easy to make an appointment. They confirmed and then followed up with another email. The night before my service call I received a message giving me a window of when they would arrive, and the service man called me as he was driving to the house. We first met DC appliances when our refrigerator warranty company sent them. They came out 3-4 separate times for different issues with the fridge. Each time they were great! 5 years later, and we had another issue with our fridge now that the warranty is out. They came out the next day, even though I said no rush. He called before arrival, was on… time, friendly, and knew what he was looking for once the problems were described. An hour later, the fridge is good as new. Their prices are very reasonable too. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Very pleased with this company! Requesting service was effortless through their website. Unlike some companies that don't seem to pay attention to their emails or web requests, this one promptly scheduled service for a date of my choosing. Their robo-call confirmed the night before and gave me an arrival window.
The technician, Robert, was extremely professional and helpful. He called when he was on his way and gave me his ETA. He very quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me honest advice about how to proceed - repair or buy a new unit? He also gave me advice on how to improve efficiency

I've had nothing but problems with my fridge since I bought it and DC repair was the first company to actually find the problem and fix it after having 5 service calls from another company who just couldn't seem to figure it out. Dominic of DC Appliance Repair was at our home recently to replace the torn gaskets around the doors of our four year-old Whirlpool refrigerator. He called in advance of his arrival, was here in a timely manner and solved our issue quickly. He also provided answers to questions that we had about our dishwasher and stove when asked. Like others from the company that had been here in the past, he was polite, efficient and very, very helpful. Thanks to Dominic and DC Appliance Repair for a job well done today. I couldn't give the company a higher recommendation.

We purchased a new refrigerator on 11/29/19 and we've noticed ice build up on freezer door. I called for service on Monday 01/13/20 and was given appointment for thurs 01/17/20. Speedy service!!! Andrew K serviced my Jenn Air refrigerator. He was very courteous and polite upon entering my home. He replaced two items on my refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in executing the repair. Upon completion of his task, I asked him if he would pull out the refrigerator so that I could clean behind the refrigerator. He very willingly did it and I was able to clean behind and in the front of the refrigerator. I felt Andrew K went above and beyond his scope of this service call. I would highly recommend him for future service work that needs to be done at my home.

This company provides a great service. You'll only ever need them in an emergency, but then you will be happy.
They fix appliances. I'm my case an oven. Which was new. Or pretty new anyway. I did have a warrant, so it was all covered. They could not come immediacy, but came within a few days.
The man was great. Super pleasant. And knew a lot. Was able to get my oven fixed quickly and even told me how to better care for it.
Call them if you have n issue. Youll be happy.
